BRITAIN’S youngest MP Mhairi Black posed for selfies with clubbers and staff as she let her hair down at The Garage nightspot in Glasgow.
The 20-year-old, who once described Smirnoff Ice as ‘the drink of the gods’ and has been open about her teenage drinking habits on social media, was on her best behaviour as swapped her Westminster office for the Sauchiehall Street club.
Chris Kelman, marketing manager at The Garage, said: “Mhairi was very pleasant and seemed in jovial spirits as she posed for selfies with fans.”
News of the SNP politician’s presence in the club quickly spread on social media and she soon became the centre of attention.
Last month Black graduated from Glasgow University with a first-class honours degree in politics.
Her maiden speech in the House of Commons has been viewed online more than ten million times.
