General Election 2010: Candidate can't hold the Tories' torch
A LIFELONG Conservative who launched a new political party in the wake of the MPs' expenses scandal has been blocked from fighting the general election under the famous Tory flaming torch emblem.
Legal action by the Tories has meant that Adrian Kriss has been forced to abandon the Thatcher-era logo.
