Call for free insulation
CITY councillors are to be asked to sign up to the promise of free insulation for every home in Edinburgh.
Green councillor Maggie Chapman is calling for a report on how such a scheme could be implemented in the Capital.
A project in Kirklees provided insulation to over 11,000 homes, and this created jobs, reduced climate change emissions and led to cheaper heating bills.
