Business survey launched amid rate fears
EDINBURGH South Liberal Democrat MSP Mike Pringle has launched a survey of businesses in his constituency amid fears over business rates for many Scottish hotels which are set to rise by tens of thousands of pounds on 1 April.
He said: "Some hotels are seeing their bills go up by as much as 120 per cent."
