Police seize £5000 drug haul destined for T in the Park
POLICE in Edinburgh have seized over £5000 worth of drugs that were allegedly destined for sale at T in the Park.
The seizure took place this morning, after officers detained a number of men in the Craigmillar area of the Capital.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the seizure, which included quantities of cocaine, ecstasy, mephedrone, and cannabis. The total value of the drugs seized is 5,410.
The man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, 12 July.
