Police in Pole position
A COPY of the Policing Charter has been translated into Polish and posted on the Lothian and Borders force website.
The move is the latest step by police chiefs to build ties with the Polish community.
The charter drawn up by the force explains the service each resident is entitled to expect.
Officers from the force have previously received training in legal and cultural differences, as well as common names and phrases in Polish.
