Police appeal after football fan injured
A FOOTBALL fan was treated in hospital after suffering a facial injury during the Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Celtic Scottish Cup game on Saturday.
Police said an incident happened just before half-time in the Inverness stadium’s south stand, which is used for away supporters. It is thought the fan’s injury may have been caused by a knife.
Northern Constabulary have appealed for witnesses.
