POLICE are investigating two deaths in the early hours of yesterday which officers believe are linked.
The deaths happened at two locations in Fife – Findlay Street in Rosyth and Letham Way in Dalgety Bay.
Members of the public alerted the police to an incident in Findlay Street, Rosyth, at 1am yesterday.
Fife Constabulary have appealed for anyone who heard a disturbance or saw someone leave this area of Rosyth at this time to contact them by calling 101, the new non-emergency police contact number.
Chief Inspector Chris Stones said last night: “Inquiries are still ongoing and police wish to reassure the public that there is no risk to public safety.
“Efforts are under way to contact next of kin.”
