Police probe blaze at flat

A FIRE that broke out at a ground-floor flat is believed to have been deliberate.

The blaze broke out at around 7am on Saturday on Iona Street, Leith.

A man was taken to the ERI suffering from smoke inhalation, while a second man was treated at the scene.

A police spokesman said: "Police are currently following a positive line of enquiry. However, anyone with information that can assist with our investigation is asked to contact police immediately."
