Places running out for Edinburgh Marathon
TIME is running out for competitors to enter next year's Edinburgh Marathon, organisers said today.
There are just 1500 places left for the event.
Organisers said entries were currently coming in at over 500 places per week.
After standard entries close, charity places will be available with Oxfam, the British Heart Foundation, Breast Cancer Care, Macmillan Cancer Support and hundreds of other affiliated charities.
This year, more than 9000 runners completed the marathon.
