Paton held on drugs charges
THE former manager of the Bay City Rollers has appeared in court on drugs charges.
Tam Paton, 70, appeared in private at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday charged with possession of herbal cannabis and cannabis resin.
He also faces charges of attempting to supply the drugs and being concerned in the supply of cannabis. The charges relate to two dates, one in August and one in September.
No plea or declaration was made on his behalf.
Paton, of Gogar Station Road, was remanded in custody.
