Patients get their own travel plans
PATIENTS in some hospitals in Strathclyde will receive personalised journey planners directing them from their homes to appointments using public transport or on foot.
The plans, sent out with appointment letters, aim to encourage gentle exercise, save on travel costs and alert concession pass holders to free or moderately priced transport.
