Parenting course award
A PROGRAMME teaching parenting skills to new mums and dads has won a prestigious award.
The Taking Over Parenting Solutions scheme was highly commended at a recent ceremony.
The joint scheme by NHS Lothian and the city council sees parents taken on a six-week course. Since its launch, around 40 families have taken part.
