SCOTTISH Labour should apologise to the Scottish electorate for failing to listen to the public after losing two Scottish parliamentary elections.

That’s the opinion of Jim Murphy, the favourite to succeed Johann Lamont as Scottish Labour leader.

The MP for East Renfrewshire formally launched his campaign in Edinburgh yesterday.
