RUSSELL BRAND and Nigel Farage continued to trade verbal blows even after the cameras had stopped filming Thursday night’s BBC Question Time.

During the debate Farage labelled Brand a “pound-shop Enoch Powell”, while the comedian wrote off the Ukip leader as a “nostalgic spasm for a Britain that never was”.

Afterwards, Farage made a comment about seeing Brand have his chest hair attended to by a make-up artist.

Brand responded by joking on Twitter: “It is not normal to have one person dedicated to straightening my chest hair. The other lad is off ill.”
