A motorist in Siberia who forced another vehicle to stop in a road rage incident got his comeuppance after being attacked by four life-size children’s TV characters.
The man swerved in front of a minibus, causing it to stop, before getting out and attempting to confront the driver of the minibus.
He can be seen trying the handle of the driver’s door and peering inside the vehicle.
Footage filmed from a dashboard camera in a car behind the incident then shows four people dressed as SpongeBob SquarePants, Mickey Mouse, Scrat the Squirrel from the Ice Age films and an unidentified rabbit emerge from the passenger side of the van.
The occupants of the car behind are heard collapsing in helpless laughter as the four characters begin laying into the stunned motorist, knocking him to the ground and kicking and punching the man.
In the farcical melee, the man dressed in the rabbit costume loses his furry head, dropping it before jamming it back on.
As the four characters climb back into the minibus, one of the occupants of the car behind can be heard saying: “Thanks for waking me up!”
The bizarre scene reportedly unfolded around 2.30am on Saturday morning, in the city of Chelyabinsk, which made headlines last year when similar dashcam footage emerged of a meteorite streaking across the sky above.
