RAP superstar Snoop Dogg says he wants to lead the Celtic team out when they face Juventus in the Champions League.
The rapper is so keen to land a ticket for the sold out encounter that he has even offered to lead out Neil Lennon’s side if that means he can attend next Tuesday’s game at Parkhead.
The multi-millionaire, who now goes by the name of Snoop Lion after converting to Rastafarianism, donned a Celtic scarf at a media event in Dubai last week and told reporters.
“It’s the one I need to go to. It’s the game we’ve been waiting for.
“I need tickets but I want to walk out with the team like a little kid with a banner. Yes, yes make it happen.
“Hail, hail the Celts are here. Yabadabadoo!”
Snoop has previously expressed a desire to invest in the Parkhead club following Celtic’s 2 - 1 victory over Barcelona.
He said: “I fell in love with the club and what better way to show my support than to be part of it.
“I just want to learn more about it and I figured if I become part of it, I’ll do that.”
The rapper was first spotted in wearing a Celtic top in 2005.
