Have your say

FOLLOWERS of the Albion Rovers Twitter account were surprised to see a psychedelic image of Eastenders character Phil Mitchell appearing on their timelines.

The tweet appeared, before being quickly deleted, around 11pm on Friday night. At the centre of the trippy picture is Mitchell - played by actor Steve McFadden - looking rather flush in the face. Surrounding him were countless other Mitchells necking bottles. It came with the caption “I dreamed a dream”.

Some have pointed out the arrangement of Mitchells represent a certain body part, but we’ll leave that to your imaginations.

The club quickly deleted the tweet and made no reference to it. However, as recently as a couple of weeks ago the official Twitter account of Albion Rovers was hacked, so it appears the culprits have been back for seconds.

Presumably the club will have to come up with something a little trickier as a password. We suggest “L1sa 5haw”.
