Chinese toddler drives toy scooter through rush hour traffic

A three-year-old Chinese boy cheated death after riding a toy scooter through a city intersection during rush hour.

The toddler, who went missing while on a trip to the bathroom, was captured by a traffic camera weaving in an and out of peak time traffic.

He was spotted by a police officer who led him to safety.
