North Koreans walk out of latest talks
North Korean military officers walked out of the first official talks with South Korea in months yesterday, dashing hopes for eased tensions after a deadly artillery attack in November increased fears of war on the peninsula.
The walk-out as South Korea argued the talks should focus on two attacks against it last year and no other issues.
