Noise order for nightclub
The operators of Studio 24 nightclub in Calton Road have been reminded they must abide by the noise conditions of their licence by the city council licensing board after complaints from a neighbour.
However, the board accepted that there were no recent complaints from any other neighbours, and that the objector lived in a relatively new flat which it was thought may not abide by planning regulations with regard to noise insulation.
The board ruled that the owners should not play loud music after midnight.
