Flumes to Bathgate, a revolution in Alloa and dinghying Donald Trump – these were the subjects a “terrified” Nicola Sturgeon fielded when interviewed by the BBC’s newest political reporter, TV’s Gary: Tank Commander.

As part of a light-hearted TV special, comedian Greg McHugh grilled the First Minister and other party leaders ahead of next month’s Holyrood election.

Scottish Labour’s Kezia Dugdale, the Scottish Convervatives’ Ruth Davidson, Scottish Lib Dem leader Willie Rennie and Patrick Harvie of the Scottish Greens will also feature.

David Coburn, the Scottish MEP for Ukip and leader of the Scottish branch of the party, is also taking part in the 30 minute-long programme.

The show will be broadcast on BBC Two Scotland on Sunday.
