Nato and Russia to resume contacts
NATO said yesterday that top-level contacts with Russia, frozen due to the Georgia war, would resume next week.
Nato spokesman James Appathurai, speaking after the first meeting between Russia's Nato envoy and the 26 Nato ambassadors since the August conflict, said it had looked to the future.
