Murdered victim’s account ‘targeted’

POLICE have questioned a man on suspicion of attempting to access the bank accounts of a murdered engineer.

It is believed someone tried to get into the accounts of Saad al-Hilli after his death on 5 September in the French Alps. Mr al-Hilli, 50, was shot dead along with his wife Iqbal, 47, her mother, Suhaila Al-Allaf, 74, and passing cyclist Sylvain Mollier.
