MP's warning over Census 'mistake'
THERE is a serious risk that ethnic minorities will not be properly counted in next year's Census, an MP said yesterday.
Labour's Karen Buck said the Office for National Statistics risked making the same mistake as the 2001 Census, when it failed to register whole council estates, in what she described as an "extraordinarily incompetently managed exercise".
