Morrissey makes a splash in Rain Man
TICKETS are now on sale for Neil Morrissey's touring debut in Rain Man, which is heading to the Capital.
The stage adaptation of the Oscar-winning film stars the Men Behaving Badly and Waterloo Road actor in the role of Raymond Babbitt, an autistic savant played in the film by Dustin Hoffman.
Oliver Chris, star of Green Wing, will play Raymond's younger brother Charlie, played by Tom Cruise in the original film.
Dan Gordon's stage adaptation of the film received its UK premiere in the West End in 2008 starring Josh Hartnett and Adam Godley, where it ran for 16 weeks.
The new production will embark on a major national tour this autumn, appearing at the King's Theatre from 10-14 November.
