A PENSIONER who had been missing from his home in Aberdeen for almost three weeks has been traced “safe and well” in England, it was revealed today.
Peter Cooper, 72, had been reported missing from his home in the Hutcheon Street area of Aberdeen on Tuesday, 9 April.
The Grampian Division of Police Scotland announced earlier this month that the force was becoming “increasingly anxious” to trace Mr Cooper due to a medical condition for which he required to take medication.
But today a force spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that missing man, Peter Cooper, 72, has been traced safe and well in England on Friday, 26 April. Police Scotland would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.”
