Two maquettes of the famous Falkirk Kelpie statues arrive outside of the Scottish parliament building in Edinburgh, where they will stand guard at the Parliament’s public entrance for ten days.

The exhibition marks a range of cultural events at the Scottish Parliament, including the Edinburgh International Culture Summit 2016. The steel structures in the shape of horses’ heads, hand-crafted by Scottish sculptor Andy Scott were made as models during the design of the world’s largest equine sculptures, The Kelpies, a 300-tonne public artwork, is located in Helix Park near Falkirk.
