Mile's history in pictures
A HIDDEN history of the Royal Mile will be unveiled through a series of photographs which will go on display this Saturday.
To celebrate its two year anniversary, the Scottish Storytelling Centre is offering visitors the chance to see the collection which reveals the hidden stories of the famous street through pictures of places and people in the Old Town.
The exhibition runs at the centre until July 19.
Other events include the Old Town adventure tour, which will see visitors led through wynds while hearing stories about the area, and a family story circle for friends and families to share their own stories, music and songs.
