Memory problems more likely in men
Men are more likely than women to suffer problems with memory and thinking as they get older, research has shown.
Rates of mild cognitive impairment were found to be 1.5 times higher in men than women in a study of 2,000 70- 89 year-olds in the US. But the frequency of Alzheimer's is actually greater in women.
