Maxwell’s open house
A FREE exhibition commemorating the work of 19th-century Edinburgh physicist James Clerk Maxwell is being held in the Capital as part of National Science Week.
It will focus on a range of influential achievements including how his work on electromagnetism helped develop radio, television, photography and X-rays.
The exhibition, Maxwell, Communication, Colour, will be held at Maxwell’s birthplace at 14 India Street from Tuesday, March 12, to Saturday, March 16.
