Man denies making girl commit sex act in mosque
A MAN accused of getting a young girl to commit a sex act in a mosque has denied charges of indecency.
Mahmood Qadri, 60, made a brief appearance at the High Court in Edinburgh today for a trial date to be fixed.
Qadri faces two charges of indecent behaviour at the Polwarth Mosque in Edinburgh's Temple Park Crescent going back to 1995 and involving girls who are now 19. He also denies jumping bail by failing to keep a previous court date.
His trial is expected to start on November 17.
