Maggie's says thanks for cash
A CENTRE for cancer patients in Edinburgh has issued a special thank-you to fundraisers who have helped bring in more than £380,000 in the last 12 months.
Maggie's Centre in Edinburgh said it had helped more than 19,000 visitors this year, thanks to the efforts of their supporters.
Marion Taylor, fundraising co-ordinator of Maggie's at the Western General, said: "I want to say a massive thank you for all the support and generosity we have received in 2008.
"It is always very much appreciated by all who are connected to the centre."
