THE MAIN part of Queen Street Station in Glasgow - Scotland’s third busiest - will shut on Sunday for major engineering work for more than four months.

It will cause the biggest disruption to the Scottish rail network for decades, with hundreds of trains a day cancelled or diverted.

Join The Scotsman’s transport correspondent Alastair Dalton as he discusses how passengers will be affected with Rob Shorthouse, client and communications director of the ScotRail Alliance.

The live webcast will be at 10:30am on Thursday, 17 March, and then available to watch here.
