Lifetime bill for hair 'dos' is £9,000
British women spend more than £9,000 in a lifetime having their hair done, it was revealed yesterday.
Weddings are the main reason for the 150 a year spend, a Travelodge survey found.
A date, job interview, girls' night out or business meeting were the next most popular reasons for a visit to a stylist.
