Lib Dem defector 'horrified' over fees
FORMER Liberal Democrat councillor Elaine Morris has said she defected to the SNP in protest at her former party's actions in the UK coalition.
The Edinburgh city councillor, a former chair of the council's Lib Dem group, said she was "horrified" by the record of the UK Government, particularly on student tuition fees.
