Am I the only person who thinks seeing the Union Flag on everything I buy in the supermarket, online, or on TV advertising, has a sinister motive, now that the SNP has launched its campaign for independence?

I refuse to buy anything sold with a Union Flag sticker on it. I want to see the Scottish Saltire on all my products, which lets me know that I am buying good Scottish products, which are the best in the world.

Okay, the London Olympics are starting soon, but it all happens down in London, just like the Queen’s Jubilee.

Supermarkets – stop trying to brainwash me with your Union Flag up here in Scotland. I want the Saltire back!
