Salmond and God

The Rev Dr Robert Anderson (Letters, 10 September), on the subject of same-sex marriage, makes an interesting point in citing our First Minister’s selective references to God’s approval to his actions when it suits him, and his ignoring religious traditions when it does not. I think, however, that his closing statement that, “Salmond has either been bullied, or is a seriously confused man” possibly goes a bit too far.

I could never imagine Alex Salmond being bullied.
