Rude awakening

Tory chief whip Andrew Mitchell’s rudeness to the police officer who wouldn’t let him leave Downing Street through the main gate speaks volumes.

What is encouraging, though, is that the officer felt he could report this behaviour. I doubt whether this would have happened even ten years ago.
