Record rain
With yet another monsoon-like downpour over the country on Wednesday, it is no surprise to learn that the weather experts agree that this summer will be the wettest since records began.
It is interesting and perhaps frightening to consider what would be the outcome if this amount of rain should fall as snow during the winter. Perhaps a Scotsman meteorologist could equate the number of inches of rain into the depth of snow we should expect, should this nightmare become reality.
