Never say never on tram dramas

HAVING wondered how a tram in Edinburgh would be removed from the tram lines in the event of a breakdown or another vehicle colliding with it, I spoke to an official who was taking photographs of the tram lines in Princes Street. He explained that if a tram broke down a bogie would be summoned and it would raise the tram from the rails and remove it. He accepted that that would take time. However, he said that it will never happen because the trams will never break down. What was it they said about the Titanic?
