If only the naked rambler were religious: we could ask Westminster to change the Equality Act, which the rest of us have to follow to the letter, to accommodate his “beliefs” and use taxpayers’ money to fund naturist schools.

We could even encourage councils and MSPs to remove their clothes for a few minutes before they start work. Stephen Gough shows how intolerant we really are as a nation when we shamelessly pick and mix who deserves to be treated equally and who does not.
