Letter: Eating out
I LIKE the idea of award-winning chef Martin Wishart helping struggling pubs with their food menus (your report, 14 February).
Far too many people claim that eating out is too expensive, and yet happily spend far more on drink in one night in the pub than they ever would on a restaurant meal.
It seems to me that this is a good way of educating people without preaching to them.
