WHY a ten-point deduction should be visited upon the players and supporters of a club going into “administration” defeats all reason.
They are in no way responsible for the plight of their club and are, therefore, being punished for an offence of which they are entirely innocent! So much for “natural justice”! Truly, as Mr Bumble opined: “The law is an ass!”
