with regards to your article 
(10 September) on Energy Best Deal Plus, a joint two-month project between the Citizens Advice Service and the six biggest energy companies in the UK, I would like to clarify that the project is available at the 
following nine Citizens Advice Bureaux until Friday, 14 September: Airdrie, Denny and Dunipace, Motherwell and Wishaw, Nairn, Roxburgh and Berwickshire, Rutherglen, Stirling, North Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway.

Of course, citizens across Scotland will still able to access expert advice on fuel, bills and financial issues in their local bureaux all year round.

This one particular short-term project has given us an enhanced ability to link clients directly to the help that is 
available for consumers, so 
that is why CAS would love it to be rolled out across all our bureaux.

The experiment has clearly been a great success and CAB 
are more than happy to work with the energy companies and any other interested parties to protect and support Scotland’s consumers.
