The “Naked Rambler” is back in prison. Here we go again. Will this farce go on forever?

Can nothing be done to find an alternative solution to this problem instead of repeatedly dragging this man before the courts for a public order offence at a complete waste of police time, witness time, court time and unnecessary expense to the tax payer?

Surely one court appearance is enough, and then deal with him in some other way.
