According to The Scotsman (6 August), Nicol Stephens (Lord Stephens) has sold his property in Lower Morningside at a profit.

Regardless of the morality of this sale, may I inquire as to the whereabouts of Lower Morningside? I have lived in Morningside for more than 50 years and have never heard of the district being separated, apart form north and south. The only Lower Morningside I found on the internet was in Durban. Is this a new estate agent language?
