Letter: Going it alone
If Alex Salmond inveigles us, one way or another, to become an independent country, there are at least two points I would like clarified now.
What is the national pension going to be, to say nothing of many of the benefits that would be under Scottish control? And how is he so sure that we will be admitted to the EU if Spain will almost certainly veto our entry?
