Stephen Martin leaves judges shaken with performance

A NEW Town barman has been named the second best bartender in the UK.

Stephen Martin, from Rick's in Frederick Street, was runner up in UK final of World Class 2010.

Stephen impressed the judges by showcasing his cocktail-making skills as he beat competition from twelve of the country's top bartenders.

In a day-long trial, Stephen took part in rounds covering bartending knowledge and a challenge where they had to prove their creativity using surprise ingredients.
