Large-scale festival planned to celebrate Fish

A CONVENTION featuring concerts and plays is to be staged in East Lothian from August 25-27 to celebrate the career of ex- Marillion singer Fish.

Fish-Stock will include concerts by the Haddington-based musician, whose former band had a string of hits in the 1980s.

The festival also marks the 20th anniversary of Marillion's classic Misplaced Childhood album, and a special live DVD has been created of Fish's tour last year, where he played the album in its entirety. Fish, aka Derek Dick, said:

"Fishheads from many countries are joining me in Haddington."
